Responsible for operational, financial and people management. Should be able to organize stock and equipment, order supplies and oversee building maintenance, cleanliness and security. Responsible for recruiting new staff, and train and develop existing staff, coordinating staff scheduling, and motivating staff to achieve targets. Should be able to ensure standards of hygiene and health and safety regulations. Should maintain high standards ofcustomer service and handle customer complaints and queries. Responsible for preparing reports and other performance analysis documentation.
Will be responsible for operating cooking equipment, preparing food, mixing ingredients, ensuring food quality, maintaining food preparation areas clean. Basic cooking skills, dexterity, the ability to work long hours in a standing position, customer service orientation, and good communication skills are some of the qualities that we are looking for.
Should be customer-service oriented & able to work in a fast-paced operating mode. Will be responsible for establishing high customer service standards and handling cashiering duties effectively, and plating meals as per the requirements of the menu.
Will be responsible for cleaning dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils. Will be required to wash dishes, flatware, pots, or pans, by hand. May also be entrusted with cleaning and maintenance duties around the kitchen, for example : maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition, sweeping floors, cleaning and sanitizing countertops and assisting cooks in organizing the kitchen.
